Kenny Lattimore, Kirk Whalum, Jeff Lorber to headline Labor Day Weekend jazz fest at Cain Park

CLEVELAND, Ohio–The Multi MusicFest is back. The annual contemporary jazz festival will return to Cain Park in Cleveland Heights for its 17th installment on Saturday, August 31.

The 2024 Multi MusicFest benefits MC Chatman Center for Humanitarian Services and will feature R&B singer-songwriter Kenny Lattimore, saxophone maestro Kirk Whalum, fusion-jazz keyboardist Jeff Lorber, and Cleveland contemporary soul vocalist Stacey “Sarah’s Girl” Richardson.

The event will be hosted by emcees Mark Ribbins and Carmen Kennedy of Jazzy247.com.

The MC Chatman Center is a non-profit organization that provides inner-city programs including childcare and helping hands programs (food pantry, clothing giveaways), as well as scholarships, school supplies, health workshops and more.
