Two men, one woman arrested in Berea after police find suspected narcotics, crack pipes in their car

BEREA, Ohio – A Parma man, 55, a Cleveland man, 36, and a 35-year-old Cleveland woman were arrested at about 2 a.m. Feb. 4 after police found suspected narcotics and drug paraphernalia in their car.

Police stopped the car on Front Street at Depot Road because its rear license plate wasn’t illuminated. The Parma man was driving. The Cleveland man and woman were lying on the backseat and appeared to be sleeping.

Police asked the Parma man if any drugs or firearms were in his car. He said no. Police were suspicious, though, because the front passenger seat was folded down, which they believed was unusual.
