CHICAGO — Two Worth residents have been arrested in connection to an armed robbery in Chicago’s Archer Height neighborhood last week.
According to the Chicago Police Department, officers responded to reports of an armed robbery on the 5300 block of South Kilbourn Avenue in the city’s Archer Heights neighborhood just before 7:45 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 1.
Further investigation showed that two suspects approached a 25-year-old woman and demanded her property at gunpoint.
The suspects, later identified as 24-year-old Joseph Tadla and 21-year-old Araceli Granda Brito, were arrested in North Lawndale on Monday.
Both Brito and Tadla face armed robbery and possession charges.
